My name is Mike Bottinelli, and I built Career Cadence to solve that exact problem. For over a decade, I've worked behind the scenes as a talent acquisition pro at top firms like Bridgewater Associates and across the venture capital ecosystem. I've recruited dozens of executives and helped build teams at every stage, from seed-stage startups to F1000 companies. This isn't just theory—I've seen the systems, and I know how to navigate them.

My approach is different because it's rooted in a deep understanding of both people and process. As a scientist and accredited coach, I bring a brain-based approach to career strategy, giving you a powerful, proven system to overcome what's holding you back. This method is the product of my work with hundreds of executives from organizations spanning 10 countries, including AMD, McCormick & Co., MetLife, and the US Navy.

When I’m not coaching, I’m leading my own teams, both on and off the field. A first-generation American, I captained the National Lacrosse Team of Peru in the 2023 World Cup and now coach at the elite youth level.
